That's what I meant with the first question. The changes that were
suggested here use perl when compiling a port/package. If you want
to rebuild perl, you may want to deinstall first. And won't be able to
build any port/package any longer.

NetBSD - because Unix isn't just #include <linux.h>, i386, ILP32, ELF, ...!
